Memorial Health offers several award recognition programs for our employees nominated by patients, patient family members or colleagues. The nomination process is easy and straightforward. Feedback is always valuable and appreciated as we constantly look for ways to improve our patient care experience.

• Colleague of the Month Awards recognize Memorial Health colleagues at our affiliates who exemplify the values of Memorial: safety, integrity, quality and stewardship. Monthly winners receive a surprise celebration and presentation and other recognition incentives. Nominations are accepted from Memorial Health colleagues. • The Daisy Award is awarded to nominated nurses who provide extraordinary and compassionate patient care at Memorial Health.
