Featured Recipe: Healthy Fruit Pops


  • Popsicle carton (4 pops)
  • Sliced fruit of choice (i.e. blueberries, mangos, raspberries)
  • Light yogurt smoothie, like Danon Light & Fit Protein drink

Takes , serves 4.


  1. Place sliced fruit in popsicle containers.
  2. Fill with yogurt smoothie.
  3. Place in freezer for at least four hours.
  4. Enjoy
