- 1 cup hot water (lower calorie goal) or 1 cup milk (higher protein goal)
- 1 packet Hot Cocoa Mix (choose the sugar level that works for you)
- Decorations as desired: Mini Chocolate Chips, Crushed Peppermint, and Whipped Topping
