Featured Recipe: Roasted Red Pepper Sauce


  • 16 oz jar of roasted red pepper, drained
  • 1/4 onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • juice from 1/2 lemon

Takes 2 servings.


  1. Drain oil from roasted red peppers. Place in emersion blender, regular blender or food processor. All ingredients will be mixed together in blender/food processor.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, capers, and squeeze lemon into jar, blender or food processor.
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
